Green Bait Dye (50g)This dye has been used with great success in the U.K. and European bait industry and enables companies to give their baits strong, vivid colours that increase the attraction properties of their baits. Its non-soluble nature makes it suitable for inclusion in baits that are used on short or long sessions.

Green Bait Dye can be used to colour hookbaits or standard bottom baits and creates a tone which fish find very attractive. It works particularly well with fruit or nut flavoured baits used in mid and low light conditions.

We recommend the following inclusion levels:

Hookbaits: 30-40g per kg of base mix.

Boilies (standard bottom baits and freebies): 10-20g per kg of base mix.

To increase the concentration of colour in your baits, simply increase the amount of dye added. If your baits are not as bright as you want them you can add white dye to the mix, but also need to consider other ingredients in your base mix recipe. Dark ingredients will drastically reduce the effect of light bait dyes and may need to be reduced or even removed from your mix in order to achieve the colour you require.

Classic Boilies – 15mm – 250gm Bags – UK have caught loads of good carp on these shelllife maple boilies thanks for looking happy carping Nashbait Classic 50/50 type boilie base mix has been used for more than 25 years (it’s a similar mix that Gary Bayes designed when he was at Catchum baits) It is a mix of cooked cereal, medium protein and high digest. At Nashbait we use so much mix we have it blended by a specialist company and have added a vitamin/mineral blend to the base mix as some cereals are missing certain trace elements essential to good health in fish. The ingrediants are picked for their digestibility having been processed to be as starch free as possible and high in usable nutrients. This blend is perfect for younger, growing fish as a large part of their diet and is the main feed we use in our own stock ponds to grow our fish. The first time Gary emptied his stock pond the fish had gained a lot of weight and their body frames were good and long but they didn’t have big fat bellies which is what you get with most commercial fish feeds in pellet form. They were simply healthy and the ones introduced into Gary’s day ticket lake are still growing well even under fishing preasure. Although several of the Classic boilies have extra base mix ingrediants the Classic Boilie mix we use as the major part of the base mix is still the best there is for making carp food with the addition of egg, flavours and boiling. The carp’s food requirements have not altered in the time carp fishing first started it is just the methods, attractors and the fish stock levels that are often different, not the food requirement.The Classic boilie base mix is a good winter food for all sizes of carp and in the UK there is a lot of big fish caught on it. Gary feeds his syndicate lake with Classic boilies in the winter.Because of the quality of the base mix Classic boilies work as a food bait and will compete with boilies much more expensive. Pre-baiting pays of and it is possible to catch a lot of fish the more bait you use.Nashbait Classic flavours are the best fishing attractors we can produce; there are no restrictions at all because most are made in our own lab. Over the years many commercial food industry flavours have been discontinued due to flavour companies streamlining their product range to be more efficient and competitive. Other companies are bought out by big flavour companies who use different key ingrediants so the blends change and there has been many changes in restricted usage of some flavour chemicals and the licensing of their uses. The end result is many of the best fishing flavours of the past are no longer avaliable or are totally different to the originals. In most cases the changes are not made for the fishing industry so the new versions of the old flavours are not as effective as they could be for fishing. At Nashbait we make most of our own flavours and additives, often using products that are to time consuming for the big flavour companies to process, solids that have to be dissolved into warm liquids, products that are only water or oil soluble, substances that have special storage requirements that have to be processed on a little and often system and blends that can take up to 5 days to manufacture. This and our understanding that the attractors must be boilie production friendly and the water solubility has to be more important than the air solubility (because the carp live in water) is why our attractors are superior to most.Nashbait’s combined knowledge of attraction with our own lab, years of blending and recipe creations, thousands of hours field testing and feeding carp in controlled tanks, stock ponds and fishing lakes is simply not possible to re-create for any other industry, food, fish farming and other bait companies.
